1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CPTPAD ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
CPTPAD is a digital marketplace operated by Connolly Protocol Technology (CPT) for listing and discovering digital products. We do not process payments directly - all transactions occur on third-party platforms (Gumroad, etc.).
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit products
- You are solely responsible for your product listings and their accuracy
- You must own or have rights to all content you submit
- You agree not to submit prohibited content (see Submission Guidelines)
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting, you grant CPT a non-exclusive license to display your listing on the Platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Content Moderation
All submissions are reviewed by CPT Safety System. We reserve the right to:
- Reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion
- Suspend or ban users who violate these terms
- Modify listings to comply with our guidelines
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CPT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY LISTED PRODUCTS. TRANSACTIONS ARE BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.
7. Limitation of Liability
CPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through linked platforms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
